buildPlugin 显示502错误

看了一下，似乎https://dl.bintray.com这个网站直接502了
不知道有没有替代方案
报错信息如下：

https://developer.aliyun.com/mvn/guide 国内直接访问可能需要加速器，可以试试阿里云的镜像仓库

@cssxsh 现在的话，编译是没有问题了，但是一堆爆红而且没法联想了QAQ


看了一下好像是这些插件版本不够高，请问怎么做才能升级插件？

我也遇到这个问题...不过把mirai-console版本换一下好了，我用的 2.9.0-M1
