我更新到1.15-M1版本，并使用此插件，解决了45问题
因为频繁使用导致了屏蔽，也挂了一段时间来尝试解决（也试过删除cache 和 device.json）但都没成功
限制消息发送速度是插件作者提供的最后解决办法
