@haocen2004 破案了 被Windows server安全机制拦截了
照着log路径找到dll文件 右键 属性 unlock 重启bot

看到找不到git的报错 以及根据给的链接推测是用git实现的自动更新 建议加上说明 因为有的环境（比如我）没有自带git

版本2.13.0
已经尝试切换过不同maven仓库地址
已尝试直接wget可以正常获取lib
删除过整个lib目录并清除过log中的local cache目录
服务器：azure hk
某次的最后log：

通常会卡死在ktor相关lib

部分uid查询失败
后台无报错
