@kanoucy 聊天环境想要触发 console 指令的话，需要 chat-command 插件。这个播报插件本身是不需要通过 /xxx 的指令形式触发的，只需要使用关键词就行了。

@CherryPeel 如果是群聊，检查一下白名单甚至是否正常。可以通过和机器人私聊的方式来判断是否是群聊的错误。如果 console 没有显示任何提示（没有显示机器人发送了消息），那大概率是哪里没有配置对。

@aspartame 单独发送“新番” 应该是不会触发机器人的呀。有可能是我哪里写错了，我去检查一下。
