你是要自己写还是用社区的？大概可以参考 https://eritque-arcus.tech/2020/12/28/Mirai-qq机器人框架kotlin_java教程/

如果只是用社区插件的话，就下载安装mcl(mirai-console-loader)然后把jar插件放到plugins目录下运行就可以了
