请问一下大佬订阅超时问题怎么解决，实在是不懂这个。

订阅reddit用户内容时超时。服务器(Windows Server 2012R2)上使用了代理软件clash（端口7890），修改了HttpClientConfig文件。是代理设置的不对吗？
