问题1 为什么私聊没有文本转语音功能呢，只可以发送文字，这个是Bug吗？
问题2 为什么 xx说xxxx 功能只可以部署语音合成sever，不可以使用别的在线服务，或者是直接使用语音回复的那个功能来生成语音呢？
